Review of Il Pappagallo During my recent stay at Il Pappagallo, I found a charming blend of comfort and location. Positioned atop a hill, the B&B offers stunning views of Santa Maria di Leuca, creating a picturesque backdrop to your Mediterranean experience. The cleanliness of our trullo was commendable, with features such as effective air conditioning and complimentary water in the mini-fridge adding to the convenience. The staff proved to be accommodating and consistently checked to ensure our needs were met. Breakfast on the terrace was delightful, providing a peaceful way to start the day with captivating scenery. Potential guests should note the uphill walk to the property after a day of exploration and evening dining, which may not appeal to everyone, particularly those less able to navigate steep slopes. While the location provides easy access to the town's attractions, it's crucial to weigh the physical exertion required against the financial investment. For adventurous travelers or families seeking ample space, especially in terms of separate bedrooms, Il Pappagallo presents a worthy consideration.
